The Robots in Gastronomy Group was invited to display 3D Food Printing at the Future in the Making exhibition at the Salone di Mobile 2012 in Milan.  Sponsored by Domus and Audi, the exhibition sought to expose how designers are confronting the challenges of the future.  The ‘Open Design Archipelago,’ located at Palazzo Clerici, curated by Joseph Grima, was a collection that brought together a new breed of designer-makers who confront design by creating the tools they necessitate to produce their work.
