Kjeld van Bommel sums up the current landscape in 3D Food Printing.  In the TEDx presentation van Bommel speaks about the diverse reasons for wanting to print food.  Fun, specific diets, and feeding the future population are among the drivers which are pushing different groups to print food.  TNO has several research initiatives which deal with food and nutrition and in the presentation we see how different 3D printing technologies are being applied with diverse materials such as egg whites, nesquick powder, etc.
