Chef Paco Morales is creating some of the most talked about dishes in Spain.  His ‘Perfecto – Imperfecto de Maiz’ is a delicious conundrum, challenging the non-initiated to imagine how such a creation came to be.  So it should be no surprise that the Chef has initiated an investigation into Food Printing.  This investigation is in its early stages, as each material must be carefully tuned to the machine, and vice-verse, but already some delicious and curious creations are being invented.
