The summer is in full force here in Barcelona and what better way to cool off than a personalized 3d printed ice cream!?  Our resident food scientist experimented with some homemade ice cream recipes until she got one that worked great on the FoodForm.  Our friends at Cocktail Lab were also in need of a cool treat, and they were kind enough to let us use their Polyscience Anti-Griddle.

The FoodForm is the perfect match for printing on a variety of surfaces, and the pairing with the Anti-Griddle was a great combination of two great technologies.

As you can see (more video coming soon) we created a chilled ice cream swirl which was easy to remove and eat with our hands.  Lots more coming soon!
